Semiconductor grade high purity quartz sand
Semiconductor grade high purity quartz sand is used in the production of standard semiconductor grade quartz tubes, quartz rods, quartz crucibles and superconductor grade quartz tubes and quartz rods.
Characteristics:
Semiconductor-grade high-purity quartz sand is characterized by low iron content and low alkali content, concentrated quartz sand particle size distribution and low hydroxyl content. There are very few defects such as air bubbles, air lines and color lines in the quartz glass produced by the quartz sand.
